Return Policy

(Pokhara Online Mart) is liable to accept returned ( request within 7 days from the date of payment realization( Purchase Date ) )
goods if :
The item was defective

The item was damaged during the Shipping

The products were missing

Or the Wrong item was sent by Us
Return Policy Terms
We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
Buyer need to raise the refund request within 7 days from the date of payment realization.
Once Buyer has raised a return request by contacting Pokhara Online Mart, any of the following options can be taken:

Replace after shipment collection
Pokhara Online Mart has agreed that the replacement will be made only after the returned goods is obtained by the logistics team of Pokhara Online Mart.

The expenses acquired during the shipment of returned and/or replacement product like transportation cost, Courier charge and all other charges would be the responsibility of buyer.
Refund Process
1. Once the buyer raises the refund request within 7 days from the date of payment realization, we will ask with buyer for ‘Reason for return’. We are liable to accept return request only if the reason for return is either due to item was defective or the item was damaged during the Shipping or the products were missing or the Wrong item was sent by Us.
2. When the client provides us with reason, we will inspect whether the given reason is valid or not.
3. The buyer will be informed about the “approval” or “rejection” of the replacement request.
